Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be returned within 14 days of receiving it. They must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the labels and tags still on the products and in its original packaging.
Note that all sale Item purchases are final and cannot be refunded.

To complete your return, please return to the following address with your proof of purchase document stating your reason for return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be -applied to your original method of payment, within a 7-10 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet within the timeframe mentioned above, we suggest that you contact your payment provider e.g. Paypal, credit card company.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@pocketswank.com.

Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like the same item, please send a message on our 'Contact Us' page and we will respond within 48 hours with the next steps.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
